Dave Ohlson, President & CEO

Dave Olhson

David Ohlson is founder and Chief Executive Officer of HawaiiMana and parent company LogixNow Inc. Graduate of the Trebas Institute of Recording Arts, with internships at A&M Records and Red Zone studios. In his early years as a professional athlete, Mr. Ohlson developed a keen interest in health and fitness. Contributing then to what would become the current "X Games" as well as other extreme sports events, he responded to extreme levels of physical performance demands as a professional athlete by working with early pioneers and leaders in the fields of Sports Conditioning, Bio Feed Back, Kinesiology, Holistic Medicine, Nutrition and Supplemental Formulations. Mr. Ohlson went on to produce many video, audio, DVD and book formats to help create the tools needed to produce dramatic results in sales and productivity. Recent projects include the producing of the "Instone Fitness" DVD with Sylvester Stallone and sports celebrity trainer and Hollywood fitness guru to the Stars, Gunnar Peterson. But after an extended career in video and event production, including several years of producing major events with Tony Robbins, his health began to suffer. In his quest to restore the health and wellness of his early years as a professional athlete, he discovered the startling truth about the inferior supplement products being sold to the public. Specifically, his interest and passion for nutrition peeked upon discovering the truth about the "de-natured" or "dead" protein powders that saturate the market. These cheap, inferior and nutritionally inert products were being packaged and sold to the public who assumed they were receiving the nutritional benefits claimed on the packaging. But Mr. Ohlson found that they were not, because live protein is fragile and the processing techniques being used were killing, or "de-naturing" the protein. His research then led him to a 100% natural, organic dairy source of whey protein fully alive with amino acids, polypeptides and components of biologically active protein. Although, slightly more expensive, Dave knew people like himself would be willing to pay a little more for an exponentially more nutritious supplement that would tone muscle, burn fat and booste the immune system with an all-natural product. Thus, HawaiiMana was founded. Part Hawaiian on his mother's side, he wanted the company to reflect his heritage and "miraculous power" (mana) found in nature, and Hawaii. Today, HawaiiMana offers the finest "living" protein concentrate and other all natural products to people interested in their health. Currently, HawaiiMana and it's parent company LogixNow, provide "Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) courses throughout Korea and other Asian countries with NESTA Certified, and producing fitness concepts for television in Asia and North America.

Master Shen Wu, Traditional Chinese Medical Advisor

Master Shen Wu Portrait

China's master healer, Shen Wu is well known in China for his Qi Gong healing skills and herbal knowledge. HawaiiMANA has an exclusive agreement to private label his formulas and Qi Gong exercise and music products under the HawaiiMANA label. In Chinese "Qi" means energy and "Gong" means exercise. Qi Gong is based on a series of exercises that increase the flow of vital energy in the body by stimulating and balancing the flow of the Qi meridians. Meridians are channels for the movement of Qi within the human body that connect internal organs to other parts of the body. Through Qi Gong exercises, treatments, music and specific herbal formulas, the flow of inner energy is improved and enhances the body's ability to heal itself, resist colds and flu and daily stress. Master Shen Wu has been the subject of countless news features documenting the healing success he achieves through the ancient art of healing Qi Gong, herbal remedies and now musical Qi Gong. A descendent from a long-line of renown Chinese healers, he is often found in the presence of heads of state and has an enormous international following, selling out venues across Asia for his healing concerts a year in advance. He has successfully treated cancer patients throughout the world, including the Disney Cancer Institute in Florida. The healing nature of his practice has been intensely studied and verified through recent scientific experiments performed by the University of Arizona's college of medicine. He is the president of the Advance Qi Gong Science Center, director of Traditional Chinese Medical Institute and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, John A.
