SHAKA SHAKE
* 8 oz of Almond Milk (our product taste so good you can use the unsweetened version of the Almond milk)
* Tablespoon of almond (or peanut) butter, preferable natural or organic
* One Banana (optional)
* One tablespoon of flax oil.
* 1/2 oz of coconut juice or coconut water (optional).
Blend additional ingredients first. Once mixed, then add your scoop (or scoops) of the ManaWhey. Mix or shake for only a few seconds to mix in.
Be careful to not over blend if using a blender, you don’t want to damage the vital protein micro fractions.
We recommend following each shake with a glass of plain water. (structured, and ionized waters are great if you have access to good ones)
Why the Flax oil in your shake?
The flax oil helps convert any natural carbs and or sugars in mix into available fuel the body uses instead of storing as fat supply.
Flax also works to help cleanse the “liver” which is critical to health weight loss and management..
It’s been said that the missing link in all diets is attention to the liver. The liver metabolizes fats!! If it’s clogged, weak, it just can’t do what it’s supposed to do.
